A group of government agencies, non-profit organizations, and the private sector that come together for the purpose of responding to the needs of homeless youth, families, and single adults.

What we do

We empower individuals and families who are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency, by providing support through awareness, education, and advocacy.

FY2025 CoC NOFO

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the 2025 Fiscal Year for public review. HUD understands this NOFO to be enjoined pursuant to a preliminary injunction entered in State of Washington, et al. v.
