A group of government agencies, non-profit organizations, and the private sector that come together for the purpose of responding to the needs of homeless youth, families, and single adults.

What we do

We empower individuals and families who are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency, by providing support through awareness, education, and advocacy.

    Important Update: FY 2026 CoC NOFO - Court Order Vacates FY2026 CoC NOFO On August 7, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island issued an order vacating HUD’s FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition. As a result, the FY 2026 CoC NOFO and the previously announced August 26, 2026 application submission deadline are no longer in effect.
