Who we are
A group of government agencies, non-profit organizations, and the private sector that come together for the purpose of responding to the needs of homeless youth, families, and single adults.
What we do
We empower individuals and families who are homeless and/or at risk of homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency, by providing support through awareness, education, and advocacy.
OUR PROGRAMS
We offer a variety of programs to connect homeless persons to housing, to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless, and to sustain and maintain housing.

FY 2024 & FY 2025 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)
FY 2024 & FY 2025 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 & FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition on July 31, 2024, with approximately $3.524 billion in funding available. Funding includes approximately $188million for non-competitive renewal and replacement of expiring YHDP grant. Roughly $52 million is available for Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Bonus (DV Bonus) projects. Jurisdictional funding for Guam

July 19, 2023 FY 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Competition is OPEN! The Guam Homeless Coalition (GHC) is pleased to announce the FY 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) competition for funding is now open. The GHC and GHURA as the Collaborative Applicant (CA) are seeking proposals from agencies wishing to fund housing and service projects targeted to people experiencing homelessness as defined in the FY2023 CoC Program NOFO.
