FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

On June 1, 2026, HUD announced the publication of the FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and YHDP Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO); CPD-2600-DC-0025.

The deadline to submit CoC Consolidated Applications and project applications for FY 2026 funds is 8:00 PM ET on August 26, 2026 via e-snaps at https://esnaps.hud.gov/

GHURA, as the Collaborative Applicant, along with the Guam Homeless Coalition, are seeking applications from qualified local government agencies and nonprofit organizations to provide the services described in this announcement. Renewal applications must be received by 5:00 PM on July 13, 2026. New applications must be received by 5:00 PM on July 20, 2026.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to view the FY2026 CoC Competition NOFO prior to beginning the application. We welcome applications from organizations that we have not previously worked with.
